Back in the 50's, there were four young men who loved to sing. Sparky, Smudge, Jinx, and Frankie met in high school. Discovering a shared love for music and entertaining, they banded together and dreamed of becoming like their musical idols. They rehearsed in the basement of a plumbing supply company to become FOREVER PLAID -- a name that evoked the traditional values of family, home, and harmony. Tragically, on the way to picking up their custom-made tuxedos for their first large gig, they were hit by a bus and killed. It is at that moment that our story begins, as FOREVER PLAID is allowed to come back and put on the show they never were able to perform.
